Nelly Quist is a composer, sound artist, and DJ. Nelly is known for exploring the realms of experimental music through performative improvisation and sound synthesis techniques. With a diverse background in music spanning analog and electro-acoustic mediums, her recent focus lies within lo-fi rhythmic noise explorations. She is an active member of the EMS Elektronmusikstudion community in Stockholm, Sweden, and has contributed to various collective collaborations, such as the sonic podcast Halffloor, uniting sound artists with concise 60-second contributions. Nelly also successfully performs as a DJ at various cultural events.
